To all my fellow bass fishermen,
The Christian Bass Anglers Fellowship have teamed up with the Toys for the Troops Kids organization again this year, to put on a Toy drive for the kids who have parents fighting overseas for our freedom and safety. CBAF in the last three years, with your help, has generated over two thousand toys for the kids. How awesome is that!!!
Toys for the Troops Kids organization www.toysforthetroopskids.org have delivered over fifty thousand toys to the kids at military bases all over California, Nevada, and even in Hawaii. Both the toys for the Troops kids’ organization and the Christian Bass Anglers Fellowship are all volunteer non profit organizations. We are trying to make a difference in someone’s life and so can you.
Your participation could make a difference in a child’s life. Your participation would be giving back to those who are giving up their lives so that you can keep on fishing and living in a great country. I know the fighting men and women of our armed forces (moms and dads) would appreciate your support and making their kids Christmas better even though they are without their parents.
I know Times are Tough for all of us in this economy…imagine how tough things are for the men and women of our armed forces that are overseas sleeping on the ground, getting shot at, living in the heat thousands of miles from home. What kinds of hardship are you really experiencing compared to their sacrifice? Not much…so come out and show your support.
The toys for the Troops Bass tournament will be held at Russo’s Marina Bethel Island,
California November 7th. Registration can be made on line at www.thecbaf.com or at Russo’s Marina at 5:00 a.m. the morning of the tournament.
Entry fee $100.00 and two toys per team.
This is a well run event with every level of bass fishing experience. Those that are new to tournament bass fishing come out and meet the pros.
Professional anglers come out and support a charity non profit event for your sponsors.
